    The Canadian Morning 3 & 8 km Run/Walk is a big part of the "Canadian" weekend. The event is held early in the day and it will be a blast! You will enjoy the beautiful and scenic course which runs along the Rideau River on the recreational path.

    Register today. Free registration for participants who collect $100 or more in pledges.
