Job Summary:
As the appointed coordinating agency for a Champlain-wide coordinated Non-Urgent Transportation system, Carefor is hiring a Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of common system processes and tools for people living in Champlain who require transportation to health and community services.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Analyze existing processes and tools used to coordinate non-urgent transportation services in the Champlain region
- Support the implementation of the common processes with CSS agencies including facilitating change management, orientation, training and associated documentation
- Facilitate consensus on these processes with CSS agencies providing transportation services in Champlain
- Prepare a report including recommendations on the processes and tools for a coordinated non-urgent transportation system in Champlain and receive approval from the Regional Non-urgent Transportation Committee
- Work with the Regional Non-urgent Transportation Committee and Champlain Community Support Service (CSS) agencies, to develop common intake, service plans, referral, reporting, billing and data management processes for coordinating non-urgent transportation services
Qualifications & Skills:
- Undergraduate degree/ diploma or equivalent education and experience in a relevant field such as; business management and system analysis
- Additional training in Project management and systems integration
- Minimum of three years of experience engaging, facilitating, consulting stakeholders, and managing systems integration
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint platform and tools an asset
- Bilingualism is an expectation
- Organizational procedures (referrals, intakes and assessments)
- System integration

- General client information system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Facilitation skills in order to build consensus with community support service (CSS) agencies, dialysis service providers and other health service providers
- Must be willing to travel throughout the Champlain region
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle
- Strong planning, analytical, problem solving and documentation skill
