Health & Wellness Clinics: Eastern Counties

Carefor Health & Wellness clinics provide a number of services to assist clients in keeping up with their health care needs. By participating in the clinics, clients are able to stay informed of their health status, and can use the readings they receive to follow up with their personal physician if necessary.

At the current time, Carefor Health & Wellness clinics provide blood pressure checks, medication reviews, in addition to glucose and cholesterol monitoring. In addition to these services, basic education is often provided by the staff nurse, and referrals to family physician can also be made.

All Health & Wellness clinics are conducted by a Registered Nurse. The clinics are free of charge, and are located throughout Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry and Prescott-Russell in various locations. The clinics reoccur on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
