Meals on Wheels Program: Eastern Counties

Meals on Wheels is a volunteer-run program, and can either be accessed through Carefor's Home Support Program, or independently from other Carefor programs and services. The Meals on Wheels Program ensures that clients receive a delicious warm meal at lunch time, which is delivered to the home. The program also functions as a method of checking-up on clients to ensure their safety. The program is currently available within the Glengarry, Stormont and Dundas County regions.
