Carefor Health & Community Services Respite program is generally provided in a client's home and gives family or friends relief from their care giving roles in order to relieve any stress that may be placed on relationships with loved ones. People who can benefit from this program include: convalescents; frail, elderly persons requiring supervision; physically challenged people and persons under palliative care, just to name a few. Services provided include homemaking, personal care, attendant care, monitoring, and supervision.
