Our many volunteers and staff have worked hard developing what is, without a doubt, the most from-the-heart cookbook to be released this year.

Over 250 recipes were submitted to Carefor during the development of this book, allowing us to make a nutritious, diverse and tasty cookbook that comes from the kitchens of caring chefs from here at home in Ontario, all the way to British Columbia and beyond!

As a result of the massive amount of submissions, Carefor has been able to add amazing recipes for the following categories:
