Making decisions in planning for someone living with Alzheimer’s or dementia can be a challenging journey, not only for the person diagnosed but also for their family members and support network. Each day can bring new demands and challenges as you help the person cope with changing levels of ability and new patterns of behavior. However, the more information and community support services you have, the better you can navigate the demands ahead.
