Health and Wellness Clinics: Ottawa Region

Carefor Health & Wellness clinics provide a number of services to assist clients in keeping up with their health care needs. By participating in the clinics, clients are able to stay informed of their health status, and can use the readings they receive to follow up with their personal physician if necessary.

At the current time, Carefor Health & Wellness clinics provide blood pressure checks, cholesterol and blood sugar level readings. In addition to these services, basic education is often provided by the staff nurse, and referrals to family physician can also be made.
