Our professional staff of Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) work closely with clients, caregivers, and all members of the health care team to develop a flexible and individualized plan of care. Our staff provide 24/7 support for the care we provide. Through our Nursing Service, Carefor is able to:
- Provide the care ordered by your doctor
- Provide health education
- Arrange home and client visits
- Provide a thorough health assessment
- Monitor your progress
- Answer your questions and direct you to other community resources
