Health and Wellness Clinics
To ensure the ongoing health of the community, Carefor operates a number of Health and Wellness Clinics across the Ottawa and the Eastern Counties where registered nurses are available. The nurses provide clients with blood pressure monitoring, glucose and cholesterol testing, monthly injections, monitoring of medical conditions, and education.
