Transportation Program
Carefor's transportation program is volunteer-based and provides escorted transportation to and from essential services for seniors or disabled persons who are unable to access other means of transportation to local or out-of-town medical appointments. The program greatly reduces the daily, weekly or bi-weekly burden of transporting loved ones for caregivers, who may otherwise have to take time away from their work.
Escorted transportation is also offered for individuals who require accompaniment for safety reasons.
