Senior Group Exercise Program

Get Fit, Stay Healthy

The Senior Group Exercise Program is delivered by a trained Senior Fitness Instructor for older adults who would like to grow stronger, healthier, become more active and more independent by improving their balance, mobility and build muscular strength and endurance, have better coordination and flexibility and overall wellbeing. The class consists of warm-up, cardio, strength training, weights and ball exercises, then finishes with stretching for cool-down. The group setting helps participants stay motivated. It is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Robert Hartley Arena in Hawkesbury.
